Wilma Jean Wagoner-McClernon, 66, Stotts City, passed away Friday, November 8, 2013. She was born January 22, 1947, in Joplin, to Bill and Jewell Wagoner of Stark City. She was a lifelong resident of southwest Missouri. Many knew Wilma as the little blond who drove a yellow 1955 Chevy and always willing to help a friend in need. Wilma is survived by grandson, Thane Wagoner and companion, Rick Balmas. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Chris Rocky Wagoner; and husband, Mark McClernon. A remembrance for Wilma will be held Saturday, Nov. 23rd at 1 p.m. at Dice Cemetery in Fairview, Missouri followed by a Celebration of Life at the Fairview Community Center.
