Charles Wesley Arms, was born to Madeline Gracy and Hessie Arms of Hiseville, KY on June 13, 1951.

He was 1 of 3 brothers. Although he did not have any natural born children or grandchildren, he claim 3 sons and 1 daughter with wife, Carole; as well as numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

As a teenager he was a member of the U.S. army. He took pride working at Blankenships Lumber, Lebanon Stave Company, and Copelands.

Being a kid at heart, he enjoyed playing golf, Nintendo, lottery, and goofing around with grandkids. He liked to joke that he was forever a hippie, and kept his hair long, for as long as he could grow it.

Wesley spent the greater part of his last years in Lebanon with his beloved dog Sparky and numerous friends. He was able to meet President Obama in Lebanon, and was really proud to tell everyone.

His unique spirit will truly be missed.
