Warren Alfred Sandwell, Sr., 56, of the Springfield Sandwells, passed away suddenly from heart failure on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. He was born in Omaha, Nebraska, June 10, 1959, to Robert and Rosemary Sandwell.
Warren was a graduate of The University of Missouri at Columbia. A World Traveler and National Merit Scholar, Warren was a fan of fishing, the St. Louis Cardinals, and the San Antonio Spurs. He donated his blood in life and his body in death, and left this Earth in the spirit of the Lord.
Warren is survived by his beloved wife, Mary; his son, Robert and wife Christy and their son Jackson; his son, Warren and fiancé Tracy and her son Colin; parents, Robert and Rosemary; siblings, Leah, Robert, Don, and Lee and their spouses and children; and a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly.
Visitation will be held from 10-11 am, Saturday, April 9, 2016, in the National Avenue Christian Church, with funeral services following at 11 am. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services
