Wanda Faye Turner, 72, of Springfield, MO, passed away January 26, 2023. She was born January 21, 1951, in Mishawaka-South Bend, IN, to James and Delia Brown.

Wanda was a lady of faith and had an unwavering love for her family. Anyone who knew her would tell you she had one of the most kind and gentle spirits. Artistically inclined, she was often singing with her beautiful voice. She also enjoyed drawing and was a published poet. In recent years, she was often found indulging in puzzling, wearing her favorite color teal and listening to music by artists ranging from Elvis and Glen Campbell to current artists like Josh Groban and Celine Dion.

Wanda was preceded in death by her parents Delia and James Brown, her brother Steve Brown and her sister Myrna Holbrook.

Wanda is survived by three children, Keith Belt, Jr., Christy Wilkins, and Patricia Belt, her grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Vernon Brown and wife Diane, Sharron.
