Wanda L. Smith, 60, Springfield, MO, passed away Saturday, August 16, 2014. She was born in Springfield, MO, to Hugh and Mary Elkins on February 27, 1954. A family service will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services.
