Thomas Brennan Ashmore, 66, a lifelong resident of Springfield, MO passed away Friday, August 1, 2025. He was born May 16, 1959, to Thomas and Elleta Ashmore.

Thomas was employed as a supervisor by Hudson Food and Cargill for a time. When he was younger, he enjoyed working on cars, learning about history and football. He knew tons of history "fun facts" that he loved to share with friends and family. He was also a huge fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. He loved watching them play. Thomas loved to laugh. He was very kind and gave without expectation. He never met a stranger and was always ready to lend a helping hand.

Thomas was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his daughter, Misty Wiggins; his granddaughter, Annika Wiggins; sisters, Teresa Gay Reding and Frances Warren; his nieces and nephews, Michelle Cartwright, Leon Reding, Stevie Warren, Ben Treat, Leif Warren, Aubrey Jones, and Paige Reding; his aunts, uncles and cousins; and his partner, Valerie McCoy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
