A celebration of Terri's life will be held on Friday, April 29, 2016 from 6-8 PM, 715 N Jonathan, Springfield, MO 65802.
In lieu of flowers, please make a donation of a Christmas gift for the Children of Lakeland Hospital.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services.
