Tamara Jayne Brimhall of Republic, Missouri passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2024, at the age of sixty-nine. She was surrounded by many members of her family, including her six children, loving mother, and devoted husband. She was born on July 27, 1954, in Kennett, Missouri. She was the daughter of Dorothy Lucille Houston and the late Charles Boyd Houston.
Tammy grew up in Southwest, Missouri as the youngest of three siblings and was loved and cherished as the baby of the family. She raised her six children while working as a retail manager for thirty-two years at Walmart and was a valued team member there until she retired in 2013. After her retirement, she enjoyed her golden years with her husband Wayne, spending time at the lake, traveling to new places, and taking care of their many plants. She was a devoted daughter to her mother Lou, who often lovingly referred to her as Tambo.
She is survived by her husband, Clifford Wayne (W) Brimhall, her mother, Dorothy Lucille (Lou) Houston, her six children Jonathan Danieley, Jena Browning, Jessica Horton, Jacob Danieley, Joseph Danieley and Ryan Houston, step-daughters Tonia and Brandie, her grand- children Savannah, Lily, Jonathan, Lucy, Kaylee, Ruby, Teddy, Riley, and Reece, Marissa, Brandon, Justin, her great- grand-children Ryan, Madyson, Arianna, Brycen, Max, great-great grand-child Oaklynn, her brother John and her sister Renee. She was also loved by many other special family members and friends.
Gathering will begin at 11:30 on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, in the Hosta Garden at Nathaniel Green Park. A service will begin at 12:30 where family and friends are encouraged to share precious memories and stories, followed by a time of fellowship, where light refreshments will be served.
Flowers can be sent to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services until 9:00 am Tuesday, May 28.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
