Beloved wife of the late Patrick L. Butler, M.D.; loving mother of Patrick, Pamela, Greg and the late Timothy and Kathy.
The family will receive friends at LUPTON CHAPEL, 7233 Delmar Boulevard, University City on Friday, May 31, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Christ the King Catholic Church, 7316 Balson Avenue, at Purdue Avenue, University City on Saturday, June 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
