Suni (Hwang) Rushing, 62, of Springfield, MO, passed away April 25, 2020. She was born February 26, 1958, in Seoul, South Korea.

Beloved mother, loyal wife, great friend. My mother was a woman of faith, love and loyalty. She believed in loving her family and respecting her friends. My mom was a loving wife of my dad for 43 years and being a military wife wasn't easy with lots of moving and my mom did it with out a hitch with help from my dad of course. Loving mother to 2 children, James D Rushing and Daniel Michael Rushing, 2 kids that did whatever they had to take care of there mother at young ages through adulthood but I know my brother and I wouldn't change it for the world. We became the men we are today because of what we did for our mother and family.

Friends of my mother that new of her before her accident knew what my mom was like a beautiful full of life mom who loved her kids and family. My mom was a woman of faith she believed in god and i know that i will see her again along with my brother and hope to see my dad as well. May God open the gates of heaven for you mom and welcome you in.
