Stephen Mitchell Roberts, 65, of Nixa, MO, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, May 4 ^th , 2022. He was born to James and Ruby Roberts. Raised in Fordland, MO, but later moved to Springfield, MO, Steve attended Kickapoo High School and went on to join the Army. Upon his return, he became an Auctioneer and a Truck Driver. In the latter of his career, he was a proud Driving Instructor and enjoyed teaching.

Steve married his wife in 1991 and together they have seven children. Steve loved to hunt, golf, visit the ocean with his family, and was an avid Chiefs fan.

He was preceded in death by his father and mother.

Steve is survived by his wife, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and siblings.

A visitation will be held at 8:30 am, Monday, May 16 ^th , 2022, at James River Church in Clark Chapel, with services to start at 9:30 AM. His burial will be at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery at 11 AM with full military honors.
