Shirley Ruth Brown, 72, of Springfield, MO passed away Sunday, January 7, 2024. She was born March 30, 1951, to Betty Brown in Redlands, CA.

As a child she enjoyed horseback riding in her hometown of Redlands. She liked Elvis Presley, crocheting baby blankets and warm weather. She was very funny and loved being a goofball with her best friend Kim. Shirley loved her family above everything else; her children were her world.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Brown; her brother, Harold Brown Jr; and one grandchild.

Shirley is survived by her children, Richard (Jackelyn) Enriquez, Jaimie Barnes, Jason Barnes, and Jeremy (Kristel) Barnes; grandchildren, Conner, Althea and one on the way; two sisters, Betty Shuell and Jolene Tollefson; many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and her best friend, Kimberly Townsend.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
