Shirley Ann Belcher, 90, of Springfield, Missouri, passed away Friday, December 5, 2025.  She was born September 24, 1935, to Edward and Joyce Matney Belcher in Kingston, West Virginia.  She grew up in Pikeville, Kentucky, and lived most of her adult years in Riverview, Michigan.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers:  David and William, and one sister:  Delores: also by her first husband of 51 years:  Paul Adkins, and her second husband:  James Stamper.

She is survived by two daughters:  Judy and Lisa, three grandchildren:  Jarod, Jill, and Rochelle, four sisters:  Betty, Mary, Margaret and Bonnie, two brothers:  John and Paul Douglas, also many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.  At her request, no service will be held at this time.  She will be buried at Michigan Memorial Park in Flat Rock, Michigan.
