Shirl Dunkelberger

Shirl Lynn Dunkelberger, 67, of Springfield, MO passed away Sunday, May 17, 2026. She was born January 14, 1959, to James and Shirley Smith in Washington, DC.

She was preceded in death by her sister and brother-in-law, Tracy and Howard Littles.

Shirl is survived by her two children, Jamie Campbell and husband Bret and Rian Cotter and wife Larissa; five grandchildren, Jason Williams and wife Sabree, Deanna Chew and husband Shane, Joshua Williams, Summer Chadwick, and Seth Littles and wife Ashlee; seven great grandchildren; her siblings, Fernita Harmon and James Smith Jr. and wife Robin; and her nieces and nephews, Brittany, Amber, Seth, Kevin, Tessa, Justin, Shawn, Jessica, Stephanie, and James Smith III.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
