Sheryl Ann Hawkins-Nichols, 64, of Ozark, MO, passed away February 16, 2022. She was born June 1, 1957, in Maryville, MO, to Richard and Lucille Watkins.

Sheryl graduated from Morristown high school in Tennesse. Then, went on to attend Rockhurst School of Nursing in Kansas City, MO, where she graduated with her RN and BSN degrees. After graduating she worked for Research medical Center as an RN BSN in Kansas City followed by St. John's Mercy hospital as an RSN BSN Case Manager in Springfield, MO. She was always going the extra mile to make sure any patient she worked with or came in contact with received the utmost care, attention and compassion.

Sheryl enjoyed life to the fullest. She had a contagious laugh, a witty smile and a personality that drew everyone towards her. She was also very selfless, always putting others' needs before her own. She would give anyone the shirt off her back if they were in need. She enjoyed helping people, watching the Chiefs, going to flea markets and garage sales, trying new foods and places, watching HGTV, family gatherings, Christmas and the 4th of July.

Sheryl is preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Lucille Watkins; and her sister, Deborah.

Sheryl led a full life all the to the end and she was so proud of her family. She is survived by her husband, Darrin Nichols; her sons Zach and wife Monta, Cody, Shane and wife Autumn, and Carson; her daughter, Jessie and husband Cole; her brothers, Patrick and wife Kathy and Mike and wife Esther. She has many grandchildren including, Alex, Kylie, Michael, Elizabeth, Noah, Rhymedy, Gabriele, Jaxen, Lincoln, Freya, Dublin, and Keiran; as well as many dear friends and coworkers.

In Lieu of flowers we are asking that donations in her name be made to the American Cancer Society https://www.cancer.org/involved/donate/memorial-giving.html . Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services.
