Sherrie Lynn (Miller) Inskeep, 63, of Ozark, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2015 following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on February 9, 1952 in Springfield, MO. Sherrie spent much of her time the past several years working at Thomas RV Sales with Mike Thomas, her life partner of nearly 24 years, and his family. There is nothing she enjoyed more than being outdoors in the sunshine and warm weather, taking care of the many flowers and trees planted in their beautiful yard. She loved traveling to hot air balloon festivals and each winter looked forward to escaping the cold weather, retreating to Texas going to flea markets, visiting Mexico, reading and relaxing. She is survived by her two sons, Cody Inskeep and Logan Inskeep; life partner, Mike Thomas; mother and step-father, Patricia and Raymond Vaughn; step-mother, Wanda Miller; two sisters, Marilyn King and Sandra Vincent; one brother, David Hill; many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Harold James Miller in April 2014 and her grandparents. Graveside services and interment of ashes will be held Thursday, June 18, 2015, at 2:00 pm in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Springfield, MO. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mercy Health Foundation in care of the Cancer Resource Center.
