Shelly Renee Hicks, 43, Ozark, MO, passed away Monday, May 5, 2014, in her home. She was born December 4, 1970, in Kansas City, Kansas, to Clarence and Beverly. Shelly is survived by her son, Christopher Hicks; father, Clarence Sams; mother and step-father, Beverly and Ronald Carpenter; brother, Stephen Sams, and fianc , Mitchell Malek. Services are pending at this time. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield.
