Obituary
Shacona Johnson was born September 15, 1980, in Springfield, MO. She was the daughter of Tommie and Leitta Johnson.
She attended Glendale High School and made numerous friends. Shopping was one of her favorite things to do. She worked for the Sarah Lee Bread Company for a span of time. On May 3rd, 2012, she was united in marriage to Christopher Jones.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends and her children. She is survived by her husband, Christopher Jones; four children, De-ol'low Smith, Ani-'yah Smith, Leah Johnson, Jemarius Ellis Johnson; father, Tommie Johnson; mother, Leitta Johnson; siblings, Antonio Taylor, Tommie Johnson Jr., Jamar Johnson, Mackisha Johnson, Dynisha Johnson, Cassanundra Johnson, Toni Ballard, Shameeka Johnson, Nashay Charleston and Nathaniel Charleston IIII; and grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and a host of numerous loving friends.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 ~ 10:30 AM, with funeral services following at 11:00 AM, on Saturday, April 15, 2017, in the Sanctuary of Praise, 5420 N. State Highway H, Springfield, MO 65803. Interment will be at 1:30 PM, Monday, April 17, 2017, in Hazelwood Cemetery, Springfield.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude for the prayers, phone calls, cards and acts of kindness rendered during our hour of bereavement. Thank you and God bless you.
