Stewart "Scott" Bredell was born in Fargo, North Dakota on 27 September 1939, to Henry and Nellie Bredell. Scott Joined the U.S. Navy at the age of 17 years old; upon completion of his tour in the Navy, Scott transferred to the Army National Guard. He retired from the Army National Guard after completing 20 years of service. On July 16th, 1960, Scott married Nancy Snyder. The happy couple spent almost 60 wonderful years together enjoying time with their family.

Scott was known as a hardworking man who was fiercely loyal to his family and friends, always prioritizing taking care of his family above all else. Scott held many jobs throughout his life but was a master machinist by trade.

Scott is survived in death by his daughter Paige Heikkila and her husband William; his grandchildren Athenia, her fiancée Scotty Swink, Dakota, Makayla, and her husband Ash Thomas; great grandchildren Serenity, Anastasia, Adalynn, Griffin, and Graham.

Scott is preceded in death by his wife Nancy, his mother and father, several brothers and sisters.

Scott Bredell was a loving man and a man of great character and will be missed by many loved ones and friends.
