Sandy Lee Young, 58, of Aldrich, MO, passed away May 30, 2020, due to injuries sustained from a car accident in Bolivar, MO. He was born January 12, 1962, in Springfield, MO, to Martin and Martha Young.

Sandy graduated from Pleasant Hope High School. For the last 10 years, he worked at Teeter's Floral in Bolivar. He was well liked by his co-workers and enjoyed the many projects of his job. Sandy loved fishing, floating and throwing horseshoes.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, Martin, Wayne and Randy Young.

Sandy is survived by his partner of 22 years, Pam Thompson; sister, Gail Schrivener; son, Daniel Lee Young; special granddaughter, Taylor Scone; best friend, Chad Schneider; and a very large extended family that will all miss him dearly.

Private family services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield.
