Samantha (Sammi) Danielle King, age 37, passed away on July 1, 2022, in her home surrounded by loved ones. Her passion for teaching, along

with her love for her children and her students, gave her the strength and inspiration to keep courageously fighting throughout her year-long

battle with cancer. She will be forever missed, but her family and friends find great comfort in knowing Sammi's contributions to the community and the legacy she leaves through her ten years of teaching are truly immeasurable and will continue well into the future.

She is survived by her loving husband of 12 years, Justin King, and her precious children, Weston and Emersyn. Sammi is also survived by her father, James Callaway; sister, Amanda Bybee and her husband Ryan; brother, Thomas Callaway and his wife Brittany; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and an entire community of friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Karen Callaway.

Services for Sammi will include a visitation at Butler Funeral Home on Friday, July 15th, from 3-7p. A memorial service will be held at Fairview United Methodist Church at 11a on Saturday, July 16th.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made through Mid-Missouri Bank for the benefit of her children.
