Rose M. Stoll, 86, of Stockton, Missouri passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023. She was born September 27, 1936, to William and Hermine Popovitch in St. Louis, Missouri. Beloved wife of James E. Stoll, Sr.; mother to James (Cynthia) Jr., Maureen (Dennis) Friese, and Kevin (Anne) Stoll; cherished Grandma to Sarah (Dimitri) Kasarhis, Deanna (Chris) Croft, Gabriel (Heather) Friese, Adam (Kristen) and Andrew Stoll; beloved Grammy to Makenzie, Elliot, and Grayson; and several nieces, nephews, extended family members, friends, and loved ones.

Rose was preceded in death by her husband, James, her parents, her beloved sisters Helen Chiodini and Lorraine La Mont, and one grandson, James B. Stoll.

Rose was a homemaker that loved being of service to her community. She and her husband, Jim, were married 61 years. Rose cherished people, so when someone new moved into her parish or neighborhood, she was the first to welcome them with a friendly introduction and sometimes a plate of cookies. She was a strong woman of faith and very active in her church, St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Kennesaw, Georgia.

Memorials can be given to St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church or the "Siena Seniors" group of the church. She loved and supported the work being accomplished by her church family.

The funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, August 25, 2023 in St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church located at 1618 Ben King Road, Kennesaw, Georgia. The family will welcome friends beginning at 10:00 am in the church narthex.
