Roger A Samuelson was born in Los Angeles, Ca on March 25, 1952 to Lawrence W and Esther M Hitchcock Samuelson.
Roger graduated Alhambra High School, Alhambra, Ca. He was a member of the Alhambra, Ca JCs and helped with the Parade of Roses floats. He attended LA Trade Tech before joining the IBEW in 1972 where he was a journeyman electrician and retired in 1994. Roger and Jacqueline relocated their family to Linn Creek, Mo and developed residential real estate and owned and operated a JC Penney Catalog franchise and Arrow TV & Appliance in Camdenton, Mo. He loved to tinker with all mechanical objects; nothing was excluded from his explorations and repair.
Roger is survived by wife, Jacqueline L Samuelson; his son, Gary M Samuelson, wife Kari and two grandchildren, Tanner and Savannah of La Verne, Ca.; granddaughter, Hailei Primer, Ray her spouse and two grandchildren, Jayden and Jameson; and his sister, Bobbi and husband Jay Neal of Norco, Ca. Roger was also father to Roger T Kure of Springfield, Mo., Dean K Kure of Grants Pass, Or., and Christie A Kure Fink of St Louis, Mo. and active grandparent to their five children Maxson and Monroe, Aya and Autumn & Marisa.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Gordon of Whittier, Ca.
