Roger Ray Lehmberg, 90, of Springfield, MO passed away Sunday, July 7, 2024. He was born July 12, 1933, to Raymond and Freda Lehmberg in Illinois.

Roger was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked for many years as the Training Development Officer for the FAA and stayed busy in retirement working in marketing and guest relations at Silver Dollar City. He was a proud husband, father and grandfather and was very dedicated to his family.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Sandra Webb; two infant grandchildren, Heather and Khayle; daughter in law, Tammy Lehmberg; and cousin, Janet Rickenberg.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Lorene Lehmberg; his sons, Larry Lehmberg and wife Angela and Lindy Lehmberg, His son in law, Dale Webb; his grandchildren, Christian Lehmberg, Jordan Varvaro and wife Elayne Varvaro, Hillarie Galloway and husband Jerry Galloway, Holly Denney, Amy Allie and husband Eric Allie and Ariana Justis and husband Blake Justis; and many great grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 AM in the Redeemer Lutheran Church with burial in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery with Military Honors at 2 PM.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
