Robert Scott Mcconnell, 69, born January 23, 1951 in Lynwood, California and went home to be with Jesus, Friday, June 26, 2020 in Springfield, MO, from a combination of health issues.

Robert was preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Janice Lynn Mcconnell; parents, Howard Harold Mcconnell and Betty Jean Phipps and only sibling Dennis Howard Mcconnell.

Robert lived his whole life to support and love his family. He worked for 40 years at GE/Regal Beloit and retired. Robert loved his home in Ozark, MO and was most happy to be right there.

Robert leaves behind 1 son, Dillon Scott Mcconnell, and daughter by heart Diana Dowler (Swan). He also leaves behind 4 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, and many friends and family. He is greatly loved and will be missed.

Funeral/cremation provider was Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, they are greatly appreciated for all their caring and hard work.

Grave side service only, to be held at Antioch Cemetery, Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 2:30 p.m. with full Military Honors. Directions: Go West on Norton Rd passed the Humane Society, turn right on CR 125. Cemetery is on the left side of the road.
