Robert Benjamin Jording, 67, Licking, MO, passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015 in the Buffalo Prairie Care Center, Buffalo, MO. He was born November 5, 1947, in El Paso, IL, to Benjamin and Ruth Jording. Robert proudly served his country in the US Army. He later enjoyed seeing this beautiful country while driving his 18 wheeler. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Dorothy Roth; and partner, Michalene Spikes. Robert is survived by his daughters, Megan (April) Jording of Peru, IL, and Joy Terry of Peoria, IL; five grandchildren; siblings, Virginia (Jerry) Lovins of Bloomington, IL, Mary Jording of Roanoke, IL, Helen Wright of Bastrop, TX, Terry Jording of Bloomington IL, Beverly Scheer of Minonk, IL, Evelyn (Mike) Ebert of Marion, IN, Donald (Gloria) Jording of Buckley, IL, and Cynthia Juarez of Bloomington, IL; and many nieces and nephews. Services will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015, at 10 AM, at Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services with Military Honors.
