Rita Gail Morris Williams, 63, was welcomed to heaven on May 30, 2023. Rita was born to Jack and Juanita Morris on November 11, 1959, in Jonesboro, AR. She grew up there and graduated from Jonesboro High School in 1978. After marrying Jeff Williams in 1989, she spent most of her adult life living in the Springfield, MO area.

She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents and husband.

She is survived by three daughters, Renette (Chris) Barnard, Kendra Williams, and Melody (Ben) Millstead; son, Michael Williams; and nine grandchildren. She also leaves brothers, Gary Morris and Ron (Pat) Morris both of Benton, AR; and a sister, Pat (David) Jones of North Little Rock, AR; special nieces, Stacy (Brian) Cornwell of Benton, AR and Cynthia (Randy) Magness of Greenwood, AR; and a special nephew, Jack (Stephanie) Jones of Sherwood, AR. In addition, she is survived by a great number of step nieces and nephews, cousins, and great nieces and nephews.

A graveside service is scheduled at Mt. Gilead Cemetery in Bolivar, MO on Tuesday, June 13 at 10:00 am.
