Ricky "Rick" Edward Sturdevant, 66, a lifelong resident of Springfield, Mo passed away Friday, September 29, 2023. He was born September 23, 1957, to Lawrence and Leona Sturdevant.

He accepted Jesus as is savior at a very young age. He enjoyed nature. Whether it be fishing, hunting, or astronomy, he was a true outdoorsman.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by many family members and friends who loved him dearly.

His absence has left a tremendous void in the hearts of those that knew him.

A graveside service will be held at a later date in the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Cemetery in Buffalo, MO with Military Honors.
