Richard Warren Pratz, 27, of Buffalo, MO, passed away unexpectedly October 19, 2019. He was born September 8, 1992, in Kansas City, MO, to Tricia and Lewis. About a year after he was born, the family moved to the "Farm" in Hickory County, just north of Preston, MO. The "farm" is where he grew up and where many memories were made with family and friends.

Richard was a hardworking, traveling welder and spent many weeks at a time on the road. He was a custom fence builder and Tanki. He was full of life, loved to laugh and was always telling tall tales. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, dirt roads, going fast and drinking beer. But most of all he loved and treasured his family, especially his nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Richard is survived by his father and step-mother, Lewis and Fondera Pratz; mother and stepfather, Tricia and Sean Abel; sister, Anna Marie Pratz; brother, Charlie "Jr." Pratz; step-brothers, John Garrison and wife Alissa and Don Garrison and wife Shelby; nieces and nephews, Mia Brown, Aubree Barber, Tegan Pratz, Eleanor Garrison, and Gatlin Garrison; and uncle Charles Pratz and wife Tina.

A celebration of Richard's life will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at the "Farm" where he grew up, near Preston, MO. Time pending.
