Richard Rush Church IV, 70, of Lebanon, MO passed away Sunday, January 5, 2025. He was born April 26, 1954, to Richard and Marguerite Church in Monroe, LA.
Richard enjoyed Western Movies especially with John Wayne. He was an avid Arkansas Razorback Sports fan, and you could always find him cheering on the Razorbacks whether it be Football, Basketball or Baseball. Aside from being Hogs fan, He was also a huge Dale Earnhardt fan.
In October of 1974, he was united in marriage to Rebecca Tull where they spent the last 50 years together.
Throughout his life he worked several years in the oil fields of South Arkansas. He spent the remaining 30 years as a local Ready Mix truck driver and batch man of concrete companies in South and Northwest Arkansas.
He is proceeded in death by his father, Richard R Church III.
Richard is survived by his wife, Rebecca Church; his three children, Richard R Church V and wife Shawna of Lebanon, MO, Melissa Kelley and husband Jeremy of Centerton, AR, and Chris Church and wife Angela of Bentonville, AR. He is also survived by his mother, Marguerite Church of Mangham LA; his brother, Martin Church and wife Ann of Mangham, LA; sister, Pamela Fairley and husband Forrest of Cincinnati, OH; nine grandchildren, Makenna and Kylee Johnson, Garrett, Kaden and Allyson Church, Dylan and Drew Kelley and Meagan and Peyton Church; as well as six great grandchildren; and 3 nieces.
What he enjoyed most in life was making memories and enjoying time with his family. He was a "Gentle Giant" who never met a stranger.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
