Richard Dean Freeman, 52, of Hunter, MO, formerly of Springfield, MO, passed away at home, Wednesday, August 9, 2017. He was born December 7, 1964, in Springfield, MO, to Robert and Linda Freeman. He loved Bass fishing, collecting things like guns, coins, and knives, finding deals at yard sales, CB radios, and visiting the casino.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Freeman.

Richard Dean is survived by his significant other, Pamela McCarty; mother, Linda Freeman; sisters, Lisa Scott and husband Jeff and Michelle Anderson and husband Clint; nieces and nephews, Christopher Scott, James Kurtis Freeman, Brook Keeney, Candice Black and Alexa Anderson; 1 great-nephew, 1 great-niece, and a host of family and friends that will miss him dearly.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM, Thursday, August 17, 2017, at Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, 2026 W Woodland St, Springfield, MO. Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, August, 18, in the Liberty Cemetery near Fellows Lake, Springfield, MO.
