Richard Wayne "Bubby" Dodd Sr, 74, went to be with the lord on June 25, 2021. Richard loved to talk to others, there was not a single person that he wouldn't talk to. He loved his family and loved to make money. He also enjoyed collecting antiques, and had a great deal of love for music, especially his favorite singer, Elvis Presley.

Richard was preceded in death by his father, Richard Dodd; mother, Betty Barker; and brother, Mike Dodd.

He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Sue Dodd; two daughters, Sheryl Fuqua and her husband Pug, Vicky Dodd; one son, Richie Dodd; three sisters, Sharon Beach, Barbara Maples and her husband Aubrey, and Paula Moore; brother, Albert Barker and his wife Lynn; many sisters and brothers-in-law, 12 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson, and many nieces and nephews.

Richard will be loved and missed dearly.

A visitation will take place Wednesday, June 30, 2021 starting at 3:00 p.m. The service will follow, beginning at 4:00 p.m., at Passion Assembly of God, 806 N Forest Ave, Springfield, MO 65802.
