Richard Todd Crouse, 51, of Reeds Spring, MO, passed away March 9, 2020. He was born January 18, 1969, in Unionville, MO, to James and Carolyn Crouse. He worked at Silver Dollar City for over 10 years before working for the Branson School District for last 21 years.

Richard enjoyed fishing, following the stock market and investing, and never met an animal he didn't love. He rescued several stray animals over the years, and found homes for many others.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn Sue Crouse; and an aunt, Ella Richmond.

Richard is survived by his father, James Richard Crouse of Green City, MO; sister, Kim Metzker and husband Derek of Springfield, MO; aunt and uncle, June and Jerry Crouse; and cousins, Kellie, Amanda Jo, and Bentlee Aldrich; Jennifer, Hunter, and Cameron St John all of Des Moines IA; an uncle Ronald Sayre; and cousins Eric, Diana, Gabriel, and Isabel Sayre of San Antonio TX, Michele Sayre of Waukegan IL and Mark Sayre of Albia IA.

A visitation will be at 1pm with the memorial service following at Ruschmeier Funeral Home in Green City, MO on April 18 ^th , 2020.

The Tri-Lakes Humane Society has been a tremendous help during this time and is finding a forever home for Richard's beloved dog Connor.
