Rebecca Avaline Wilson, 54, of El Paso, Arkansas, passed away on Friday, October 16, 2026. She was born on October 16, 1972, in Decatur, Georgia, to Lawrence and Betty Knight.

Originally from Georgia, Rebecca carried a special place in her heart for her roots and the people who were part of her life. Growing up, she was a daddy’s girl at heart. Those who knew Rebecca often remember her as one of the funniest people in their lives. She had a natural ability to make people laugh, bring humor into everyday moments, and leave lasting memories with the people fortunate enough to know her.

Rebecca enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, including playing basketball, riding horses, and thrifting. Whether spending time doing the things she loved or sharing a laugh with friends, she brought her own unique personality and spirit to the moments that mattered.

Rebecca was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Patterson; her father, Lawrence Knight; her grandmother, Mona Haze Knight; her uncle, Jonny Boggs; and her nephew, Brandon Clendenin.

She is survived by her husband, Scott Wilson; her son, Avery Wilson, and his wife, Nichole; her daughter, Brittany Wilson, and her wife, Santana; her sister, Romona Knight; and her four beloved grandchildren, Harmony, Fender, Denver, and Staten Wilson. She also leaves behind extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

Rebecca’s life was uniquely her own, filled with memories, laughter, and connections that will not be forgotten. She will be deeply missed by those who loved her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
