Randy James Pope, 39, of Buffalo, MO passed away Friday, January 3, 2025. He was born January 2, 1986, to James and Sherry Pope in Springfield, MO.

Randy was a graduate of Hillcrest High School. He enjoyed attending church and singing in the choir. He attended Calvary Chapel, Grandview Baptist and Countryside Assembly of God. He was a huge fan of the Cardinals and the Kansas City Chiefs. He especially loved to hunt with the help of a unique system put together by his dad and uncle.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Hopkins; and uncle, Ricky Hopkins.

He is survived by his father, James Pope; mother, Sherry McCoy; his sisters, Jessica and Kristina; four nephews; one niece; grandmothers, Mary Pope and Shirley Hopkins; many aunts, uncles and cousins; and special church friends.

A Celebration of Randy's Life will be held by at a later date.
