IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Randy Joe
Britain
February 12, 1972 – February 13, 2022
Randy Joe Britain was born in Mt. Vernon, MO, February 12, 1972, to Joe Britain and the late Antoinette Britain. Randy grew up mostly in Republic near the Britain family farm where he talked about hauling hay and doing chores for his grandfather. At times he had fun shooting with family or running over to the neighbor's land owned by his maternal grandparents, the Wilson farm, which was less than a mile away. Randy departed this life suddenly on the night of his 50th birthday, declared on February 13th, 2022.
Randy was the funniest guy most people had met. He loved spending time with his family, hanging out with friends, such as Brad, and Robyn's friends, listening to good music, running around on a jet ski, and playing on the lake. He used to say he swam like a seal. He enjoyed nice cars, guns, tattoos, running off to the local casino, spending time with the Wittkes, or having a nice meal with his wife and friends. He loved taking care of his fur babies - most recently, R.J. and Boo. One of his favorite things to do was tease and spend time with his nephew, Xander Hoppy Roberts. He loved playing farkle on "family night" with food, the Wittkes, friends, gramps, and conversation. He enjoyed racing and NASCAR with his dad, shopping with his sister, hanging out with the Britains, and the Roberts, with their mates. He was proud of his family, and would brag about his children; he bragged about his sister Amy's landscaping, Xander his nephew, his dad and his adept ability at fixing cars, and the artistry of his sister Rachel. He loved going to the Arrowhead stadium to watch the Chiefs play with his wife, and required the best parking. He loved the finer things in life, from attire, food, cars, and vacationing. Randy was a spirited conversationalist, and enjoyed being with people and traveling to fun places with his wife, friends, and family such as Las Vegas, Florida, and California. His favorite job that he had was at O & S Trucking as risk management, where he felt like he was part of family to Jim, and Debbie Oneal. He became an ordained minister in order to marry his friends Chaz, and Caitlin at Rock Lane, a favorite lake area.
Randy married his 8th grade girlfriend, Robyn, May 5, 2016 in Las Vegas, NV, after a long term relationship. He loved Robyn and became a step-father to Brooke, Christian, Landon and Andrew enjoying their triumphs through life including baby Arthur, whom he proudly welcomed with Robyn and loved as their first grandchild together. Cooking for the boys brought him joy, as they had an endless amount of hunger.
He is survived by his dad, Joe Hoppy Britain; his sister, Amy and her mate Jeramy Roberts; their son Xander, Randy's sister Rachel Britain, and her mate Rusty. His wife Robyn, children - Brooke, and her mate Kasey Stanford, their children - Arthur, Chase, Caleb, Collin; Christian and Andrew. Randy's pups, R. J. (Ron Jeremy-he named him), and Boo. The Wilson aunts, uncles, the Britain uncles and aunts, multiple cousins, cousin Shawn was close, and multiple friends. He is preceded in death by his mother Antoinette, son Landon, maternal, paternal grandparents, and cousin.
Randy would want us to have great food, and drinks in memory of him. He loved us, and I know it would hurt him that we are fiercely mourning.
In lieu of flowers, Randy would want any money donated to go to either a Rescue One, animal care shelter, in his, or son Landon's name, or any go-fund-me raised towards food and drinks.
Lovingly written by family
