Phillip Michael Webb, 56, of Atlanta, GA, formerly of Columbus, OH, passed away Saturday, July 27, 2019. He was born September 27, 1962, in Columbus, OH, to Paul and Dollie Webb. Phillip proudly served in the United States Army. He went on to have a career at a Truck Driver and has been driving for more than 20 years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Webb; mother, Dollie Webb; and brother, William P. Webb.

Phillip is survived by his wife, Luvinea Nolen-Webb; daughters, Latisha Nolen and Tierra Nolen; grandchildren, Ariana Hamilton, Yulveah Gravely, Kyshaun Davis, Kanasia Davis, and Dior Martin; siblings, Mark G. Webb, Paula Ward and husband Monty, Mary Hicks and husband Scott, and Marcia Webb; and nieces, Melinda and Ashley; and nephews, Mark Jr, Zack, Austin and Jeremy.
