Phillip Scott Finley, 57, of Springfield, MO, passed away October 19, 2016. He was born May 16, 1959, in Salina, KS, to Rex and Barbara Finley.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Rebecca Susan in 1983.

He is survived by his father, R. Gary Finley, of Springfield, MO; mother, Barbara Finley of Rogers, AR; and brothers, Rex G. "Dusty" Finley II of Anchorage, AK and Stuart Finley of Elkins, AR.

A private service will be held in Ames, IA. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield, MO.
