Peter Georgecopoulos, 71, of West Plains, MO, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. He was born on October 31, 1953, to Steve and Tommie Georgecopoulos in Geneseo, IL.

Peter graduated from Rock Island High School. He worked many years in cable TV and retired from O'Reilly Auto Parts. His hobbies included working on cars, motorcycles, and pretty much anything with a small engine. He enjoyed spending time on his boat and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Steve and Tommie Georgecopoulos, his sister, Pamella Young, and one grandson, Gage Georgecopoulos.

Peter is survived by his son, Steven (Michelle) Georgecopoulos of Duncan Falls, OH, his daughter, Beth (Gustavo) Solis of Vilseck, Germany, six grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
