Paul Edward Welch, Sr., 90, of Bolivar, MO passed away Sunday, July 20, 2025. He was born April 5, 1935, to John and Elsie Welch in Waukegan, IL.
A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
