Our beloved Paul Edward Smart left this earth after a difficult battle with cancer. A fighter until the end, he passed on March 12, 2022, at the age of 75. Paul requested cremation so he could stay close to his loving wife, Mary.

Paul is survived by his wife, Mary; sisters, Vicki Coleman and Sherry Glover; his son, Thomas and wife Heather; his granddaughter, Emily and great granddaughter, Aurora. He loved his stepchildren, Kimberly, Shannon, Sally and Lynn, and his many grandchildren.

Paul was preceded by his father, Glen Olan Smart and mother, Inez Bond-Smart.

A visitation will be held for Paul Friday, March 18, 2022, from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm at Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, 2026 W. Woodland St. Springfield, MO 65807. Military Honors will be rendered at 6:30 PM.
