Paul Stanley Post, 81, of Springfield, MO, passed from this world to the next on January 8th, 2022. He was born on October 3rd, 1940, in Muncie, Indiana, to Vaness and Daphna Post. He graduated from Central High and then Ball State Teachers College in Muncie. Paul married his loving wife Patsy Jane (Dennis) Post also in Indiana, in 1968.

The Army Intelligence and Security Agency recruited Paul after college and he was sent to Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. He was then stationed in Massachusetts and eventually England. In 1965, after serving his country, Paul went to work for Owens Illinois Inc. and later Lilly Tulip division transferring to positions in New York, New Jersey, California and finally settling in Springfield, MO. After a name change to Sweetheart Cup, Paul ended up as a Corporate Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations, eventually retiring in 2008.

Passions in Paul's life have been spending time with his family at the lake home, boating and fishing. He developed hunting property with his good friend and business partner, Denny Peterson, which also included many hunting seasons with friends and family. Paul also had a passion for older Mercedes Benz automobiles and enjoyed playing poker with his friends. He had many fond memories with his friends at the Elks Lodge 409.

Paul is survived by his wife, Patsy of 53 years; daughter, Teresa and her husband Kevan McAnally; son, Paul and fiancé Rebecca; along with several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
