Patricia "Patti" Ann Garrett, 60, of Lebanon, MO passed away Monday, April1, 2024 at Lebanon North Nursing Home. She was born August 1, 1963, to Luther and Joyce Truitt in Salisbury, MD.

Patti was a strong and outgoing woman. She was also very caring and would do anything she could to help out her friends and family. In fact, she spent most of her career life in nursing caring for others. Patti would never turn down the opportunity to drink a Dr. Pepper. She enjoyed attending auctions, walking her dog, Zane, playing Bingo and baking during the holidays. Above all other things, Patti loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her mother, Joyce Truitt; her four children, Christina Paul of Missouri, Kevin Vetra of Missouri, Lee Hammond of Missouri and Bobby Hammond of Maryland. Patti also has several grandchildren that include Jonathan Smith, Danielle Smith, Kevin Smith, Mike Vetra, Nick Vetra, Link Vetra and Jason Hammond; three great grandchildren and two on the way; and her beloved emotional support dog, Zane.

A private family gathering will be held at a later date.
