Patsy Lynn Parker was born in Hyden, Kentucky. At a young age her family moved to Buffalo New York for a few years then moving and settling in Southern California where she resided for many decades. In 2022, she decided to move to Missouri to live near her son and family. Patsy retired as an Accountant for the City of La Quinta, California where she made many, decades long friendships.

Patsy was a huge lover of animals, especially dogs and cats and had many throughout her lifetime. She had a fun-loving nature about her and loved to laugh! Patsy loved shopping, playing Mexican Train, crocheting, making jewelry, crafting, going out to eat and being with her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Marjorie and Noah Williams; sister, Carolyn Englert; brother, Michael Williams; and sister, Sandra Combs.

Patsy is survived by her son, Devin Parker and Wife Stacy; daughter, Dena Hernandez and Husband Abel; grandson, Kaleb Parker and partner Elle; granddaughter, Nicole Parker and partner Adrian; great grandchildren, Theodore, Eva and Ambrose; step grandchildren, Justin and Shania; sister, Michelle Pruner; nieces, Christina, Coralee and Charlynn; nephews, Scott and Lawrence; and many Great Nieces and Nephews
