Patricia Lue Killingsworth, 82, Waynesville, MO, passed away October 24, 2013, in Springfield, MO. She was born on January 14, 1931, in Storm Lake, Iowa, to John Dallas and Mary Sylvia (Crane) Freese. She was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Tillman; and children, Calli Tillman Seager and Curt L. Tillman. Patricia is survived by her children, Clinton O. Tillman and Christi Chiarletto; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield.
