Patricia Carolinge Keltner, 62, a lifelong resident of Springfield, MO passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2026. She was born on June 29, 1963, to John and Mary Goodwin.
She is survived by her bonus daughter, Hilery O'Guinn; her daughter, Melissa Massey; and her sons, Scott and Aaron Keltner.
A Visitation will be held Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, 2026 W. Woodland St Springfield, MO 65807.
