Nina Josiephine McGuire was born on March 31, 1932 in Lenna Oklahoma. She was born to Benjamin and Callie McGuire, sister of Beatrice Sweeny, Velta Mae Hargrove, Fern Machido, Roy, Ray Jack, Joe, Billy, Dan, Doyle, and Jim McGuire. Nina is the mother of Sandy Beasley, Audrey Arrington, Martha Avila, and Cecil E. Overbey. She also has 9 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.

Nina was married to Cecil C. Overbey, an Army veteran, who preceded her in death. The two of them resided in Ceres, California where Nina was a cannery worker, a great carpenter- along with her husband, and later in life she was an in home care-giver.

Nina is with her loved ones in God's great Kingdom, enjoying love beyond measure. We will join you soon, Mom.

Visitation will be held from 4-5 PM, Friday, December 11, 2020, at Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield, MO. Private burial will be in the Lakewood Memorial Park Cemetery, Hughson, CA.
