Myron died Friday, August 11, 2023, with family and friends by his side. He was born on May 10, 1933, in Udall, KS to Mary Frances Auxier Kennedy and Myron L. Kennedy. He grew up in Winfield, KS.

Myron was preceded in death by his mother and father; a niece, Colleen Kennedy; many aunts and uncles; and his mother and father-in-law, Mary and Neul Swadley.

He is survived by his wife, Kaye of 59 years; one daughter, Sue Swartz and husband Steve of Lawrence, KS; one son, Mark and wife Sasha of Eureka, KS; two brothers, Larry L. Kennedy and Scott Kennedy and wife Jenny both of Nebraska; many nieces and nephews; two grandsons, Jeff Hokanson of Kansas City and Jon of El Dorado, KS.

Myron served his country during the Korean war with the army. After the service he went to work for Boeing and Cessna aircrafts.

No services are planned at this time.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
