Michael "Jackal" Max Lewis, 57, of Golden City, MO, passed away March 5, 2016, in Mercy Hospital. He was born in Bishop, California, June 4, 1958, and raised by Max and Katherine Lewis.
A gathering to celebrate his life will be held this Saturday, March 12, 2016. Time and place are pending. Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services.
