Michael Cooper

Michael “Mike” Jay Cooper, 65, of Pittsburg, MO, passed away Monday, August 24, 2026. He was born July 24, 1961, in St. Louis City, MO.

Mike loved riding motorcycles and spending time with his friends and riding buddies. Known by his riding name, “Geezer,” he enjoyed the freedom of the open road and the camaraderie that came with it. His wife, LeAnn, shared his love of riding and was known by her riding name, “Giggles.” Together, they made many memories on the road and with their riding family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mom, Shirley Cooper.

Mike is survived by his wife of 6 years, LeAnn Cooper (“Giggles”); his fur babies, Harley and Evo; and many family members, riding buddies, and good friends who will cherish the memories they shared with him.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services of Springfield, MO.
